Nativity B.V.M. High School is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools and by the Department of Education, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Courses are taught on four different academic levels: advanced placement, advanced, regular, and general.
Advanced Placement courses include:
- AP World Literature
- AP British Literature
- AP U.S. History
- AP Calculus
Dual enrollment courses are also offered through Alvernia College.
Students also have the option to attend vocational-technical Schools.
Other courses of study include:

- Business Education
- SAT prep classes
- Study skills
- Music
- Humanities
- Physical Education.
This curriculum prepares students to meet the challenges of life.
Community service is neccessary at each grade level and is a graduation requirement.
Students graduating from Nativity have earned more credits and attended more school days than mandated by the State.

Nativity's students also participate and win in numerous areas
County, District and Diocesan Chorus and Band - Numerous Nativity students successfully audition for these events and participate annually.
International French Competition - Students annually compete and win scholarships to a summer study abroad program in Dijon, France.
